Snow blocked Luxted Road during a blizzard on Friday afternoon.
The first photo was taken on Saturday 3rd March after the snow plough had cleared the road the previous evening.
The second photo was taken today Wednesday 7th March which shows there is still plenty of snow around in Downe!

Spring has arrived in Downe! The celandines are looking lovely on the verge in Luxted Road. The primroses and daffodils certainly enhance the village and their bright colours lift the spirits of residents and visitors alike.
